Even after a few weeks of procrastination, the KVAL job in Eugene is still advertised as available for dear Scooty. He has now sent out 5 employment packets, to each of the Eugene and Salem stations. There are two advertised jobs he qualifies for, who knows who may be on the outs by the time Scotty's resume hits some Production Manager's desk!!
His job at KDLT is on the chopping block, it seems everyday lately is filled with the possibility of unemployment at the end of each shift. Heck, it seems like KDLT is on the chopping block (and no, it's not a CBS affiliate - they've no good excuse for the current state of implosion!).
After confrontation with some mighty big fears, it's done, decided and ready to happen -- Corvallis here we come!!
Now what? Oh yeah, I've got the upcoming Live and Learn Conference to distract me from the details (like the fact that I'm not yet done moving out of my former residence!!) that Scotty loves so much!!

Wow! Moving is so exciting. And I think Oregon is one of the places that David would let lure him back to the U.S. Man what a flurry of activity y'all will be!

We've never been to Oregon, but I've three home/unschooling familis who moved to Corvallis, and all said they'd heard wonderful things before heading out.
We'll see it next LiG and by then, you'll be locals -- Mary can put you to work early!
