Dear Big Joe,
This journey feels as though it should be documented for you, nay, for the me you recognized so very long ago. So with your voice cheering me on, I here log this newest delve into my own discovery of that me and all her awesomeness.
Today I paid for a gym membership, a first in more than 20 years. I've attended 13 classes of Bikram Yoga in 14 days. I'm ready to continue attending classes. Classes that talk of Personal Best, of challenging myself, of listening to the whole internal team, of visualizing success, of practicing not perfection. And I hear you. Your years of investment provided the perfect fodder for this stretching, strengthening, soul-expanding, stage of evolution.
