I'm writing on my first full day at home, after 10 days on the road. The kids and I travelled with David to Massachusets and back via Canada. It was the most amazing vacation I have ever had in my life! I will attempt to recapture the highlights over the next few days, from my notes :) to be added to later from David's Captain's Log. Pictures will soon be available.
August 23 Monday
Invited David along on our vacation, beginning August 25 thru sometime around September 1. He agreed.
August 25 Wednesday
We leave Sioux Falls, SD at 4 pm
We travel through Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, a bit of Indiana, a chunk of Michigan, Ohio, a corner of Pennsylvania, New York and Massachusets.
Of course, it's important to mention that Michigan was NOT on our itinerary, we ended up there because we talked thru the I-94/90 split and missed the turnoff :)
